AlbaniaVisitTerms of Service

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

These terms govern trip planning services, trip bookings, and experience bookings offered by Ronin Holdings LLC, a Texas (US) limited liability company, operating as AlbaniaVisit (“AlbaniaVisit,” “we”). By requesting a proposal, paying a deposit, or booking an experience, you accept them. Plain English throughout — the headings mean what they say.

1. What we are (and aren't)

AlbaniaVisit designs itineraries and coordinates trips delivered by independent local suppliers— hotels, drivers, boat operators, guides, and activity providers. We select and match suppliers to your trip and manage them on your behalf, but they are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. When you book, you authorize us to contract with these suppliers for you.

2. Proposals and prices

  • Proposals are valid for 7 days unless a different validity date is shown on the proposal. After that, availability and pricing must be re-confirmed.
  • All prices are quoted in euros (EUR).
  • A price is locked when your deposit is received. Until then, quotes can change with supplier availability.
  • Group prices assume the group size stated in the proposal; if your group size changes, the price is re-quoted.

3. Payment

  • Unless your proposal says otherwise: 50% deposit to confirm, balance due 30 days before departure. Your proposal's schedule governs if it differs.
  • Card payments carry a 4% processing fee. Bank transfer (SEPA/ACH) is free. The fee is disclosed at checkout before you pay.
  • If a balance is not paid when due, we will notify you in writing; if payment isn't received within 7 days of that notice, we may treat the booking as cancelled by you under Section 4.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Your proposal states your cancellation schedule. Unless it says otherwise, the default is:

You cancel…Refund
60+ days before departureFull refund
31–59 days before departure50% refund
30 days or fewer before departureNo refund
  • Card processing fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days of confirmation.
  • If we cancel your trip (other than for your non-payment or force majeure), you receive a full refund including fees.
  • No-shows, unused services, and early departures are not refundable.
  • Nothing in these terms limits your right to dispute a charge with your card issuer.
  • See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to cancel and what happens next.

5. Changes

  • By you:we'll accommodate itinerary changes where suppliers allow; supplier charges for changes pass through to you at cost, plus any price difference.
  • By us: occasionally a hotel or service becomes unavailable (Albania is a developing destination and inventory moves). We may substitute services of equal or better standard; such a substitution is not a cancellation. If we can only offer a materially lesser alternative for a significant part of your trip, you may choose between the alternative with a price adjustment or a refund of the affected service.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Travel documents:you are responsible for valid passports, and any visas, for every traveler. We do not provide visa invitation letters or visa sponsorship. We'll flag known requirements when we see them, but the obligation is yours.
  • Information:traveler details you give us (names, dates of birth, passports, flights) must be accurate — suppliers book against them.
  • Arrival details: you must provide arrival flight numbers and times before travel so ground services can meet you.
  • Fitness and conduct:you're responsible for choosing activities suitable for your group's health and fitness, and for complying with local laws and suppliers' safety instructions. A supplier may refuse service to anyone endangering safety, without refund.
  • Travel insurance: we strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for every traveler, covering medical care, evacuation, cancellation, and baggage. Our cancellation terms are not a substitute for insurance.

7. Experiences marketplace

Bookings made through the Experiences marketplace are instant-book activities operated by independent suppliers; the operating supplier's legal name is shown on your booking voucher. Each listing shows its own cancellation policy, which governs that booking. If the supplier cancels (weather, minimum numbers, safety), you receive a full refund including fees.

8. Liability and assumption of risk

  • Trip services are delivered by independent suppliers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AlbaniaVisit is not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of suppliers, or for injury, loss, damage, delay, or expense arising from services they deliver. Your recourse for a supplier-delivered service lies first against that supplier; we will assist you in pursuing it.
  • Travel involves inherent risks — road conditions, water activities, mountainous terrain, weather, and medical care that differs from your home country. By booking, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these inherent risks for yourself and travelers you book for.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from a booking is capped at the amount you paid us for that booking.
  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing limits rights that mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you.

9. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for failure caused by events beyond reasonable control (natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, government actions, war). If such an event prevents your trip, we will offer you the choice of (a) rebooking to new dates with any recoverable amounts applied in full, or (b) a refund of all amounts we recover from suppliers, plus everything not yet paid to suppliers. We will pursue supplier recoveries diligently and pass them through in full.

10. Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Any dispute that we can't resolve together will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas — except that either party may use small-claims court where eligible, and nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights or venues available to you under the law of your country of residence.

11. Trip pages & the shared photo album

Trip pages and the shared Photo Album feature have their own short terms, which are part of these terms. When you upload or add photos or videos to a trip album, you confirm that:

  • You own that content, or you have the right to share it.
  • Anyone identifiable in it is okay with being included.
  • You grant AlbaniaVisit a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and use that content — including to promote and showcase trips on our website, social media, and other marketing.

You keep ownership of everything you add — the license doesn't transfer your rights. You can ask us to remove specific content at any time and we'll take it down. An album link is visible to anyone who has it; the trip organizer controls whether an album is shared and can turn sharing off at any time, which disables the link. Please don't share album links more widely than they were intended — treat them like a private invitation.

12. General

  • If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. These terms plus your proposal and invoice are the entire agreement; if they conflict, your proposal governs.
  • We may update these terms; the version in force when you pay your deposit governs your booking.
